• How long does it take for my package to arrive?

All orders ship within 24 hours, and use priority mail 2-day shipping.

• Do you charge for shipping?

No, we offer free shipping for all orders.

• What payment methods do you accept for the USA order?

• Do you reship if my package is not received?

Yes, absolutely. If the tracking info shows that your package was not received to the address that you provided, we will reship your order free of charge.

• Are products lab tested?

Yes. Before importing all batches are tested for impurities through the testing laboratory for Industrial Research and Standardization of Pontianak, Indonesia. Each batch is thoroughly tested for impurities and contamination, such as Heavy Metals, E-coli, Salmonella, and Fungi (mold).

• Is shipping discrete?

Yes. All packages are blank and the label will show as shipped from ‘Green Harmony’. No identifying information is printed on the package or label.
